Service Description

TropicStay is a rental search aggregation tool. We do not own, manage, or verify any rental listings displayed in the app. All listings are collected from publicly available sources.

User Responsibilities

Users contact landlords and property owners directly. TropicStay is not a party to any rental agreement. Users are responsible for verifying listing accuracy, conducting due diligence, and ensuring the legitimacy of any rental arrangement.

No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding: • Availability of listed properties • Accuracy of pricing information • Legitimacy of listings or landlords • Quality or condition of rental properties

Credits & Purchases

Credit packs purchased through Google Play are non-refundable except as required by Google Play's refund policies. Credits are used to access premium search features and do not expire.

Limitation of Liability

TropicStay shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to financial losses, property disputes, or issues with rental arrangements made through contacts found via our app.
